Born in Lithuania, Anna-Marija Adomaityte studied Contemporary Dance at La Manufacture – Haute école des arts de la scène in Switzerland. Based in Geneva, Anna-Marija has founded a contemporary dance company A M A. She is an associated artist at a long-term residency program – L’Abri, Genève. Her first solo performance, workpiece, was presented in various dance festivals in Lithuania, Switzerland, France, Estonia and Sweden. Pas de deux, her latest choreography, premiered in La Bâtie – Festival de Genève and has been selected to be part of the AEROWAVES European Dance Network in 2022. In parallel of her choreographic work, Anna-Marija holds a Master Degree in Fine Arts at ECAL (École cantonal d’art de Lausanne).
