The Baltic Take Over is in collaboration with URB Festival (www.urb.fi), Kiasma Theatre, Annantalo, Viirus Theatre, Mad House Helsinki and with the help from Eskus, Takamo, Tanssin Talo, Theatre Info Finland TINFO and Circus Dance Finland. Baltic Take Over has been centrally funded by Baltic Culture Fund and The Nordic-Baltic NGO Program from the Office of Nordic Ministers Latvia, Estonian Ministry of Culture, Lithuanian Culture Council and State Culture Capital Foundation of Latvia.

 

 

New Theatre Institute of Latvia (NTIL) is a project based organisation working in the field of contemporary performing arts. The NTIL also produces and presents projects and long term collaboration programmes together with local and international partners, strongly believing in the necessity to explore the contemporary performing arts field together with artists and audiences. Since 1995 NTIL has been organizing the International Festival of Contemporary Theatre Homo Novus, which is the largest performing arts platform in Latvia. Homo Novus aims to bring contemporary performing arts that sits on the precipice of practice, creating encounters on intimate and epic sales.

Kanuti Gildi SAAL was the first independent production house and performing arts centre in Estonia, opened in 2002. It has been devoted to independent artists and companies in all performing arts fields ever since the beginning. Prepared to take risks, Kanuti Gildi SAAL would like to put the artistic process at the centre of its work bringing the spectators into contact with current developments in the performing arts. The aim is to create situations where everything can happen. Between artists and also between artists and audience. Acting both locally and internationally. Kanuti Gildi SAAL is the organizer of the oldest international performing arts festival in Tallinn – SAAL Biennaal.

Lithuanian Dance Information Centre (LDIC) is a nongovernmental organization established in 1995 operating in professional contemporary dance and contemporary circus fields. LDIC supports the artistic and cultural development of dance/circus art through its strong networks, promotional activities and services offered for field professionals nationally and internationally.

LDIC organizes wide range of activities such as International Dance Summer School, Lithuanian Dance Platform, operates digital contemporary dance & circus database and more other. Since 1997 LDIC has been organizing the main international contemporary dance festival “New Baltic Dance” in Lithuania.
